We Want to Be Your Commercial Roofer
Experience & Integrity in All We Do
Manufacturers & warranties
Every commercial roof system that Warranty Roofing and Construction installs qualifies for a manufacturer’s material and labor warranty. The warranties are backed by companies like Firestone, Owens Corning, Berridge, GACO Western and MBCI. Warranty periods start at 10 years and can extend to as many as 30 years, depending on the roof system.
Materials We Offer
Warranty Roofing and Construction installs a high-quality product that will protect your customers, staff, equipment and inventory. Although Warranty can work with any roof type, the most common options include:
Thermoplastic polyolefin is one of the most popular options for flat roofs today. It’s available in white to help reduce cooling costs by reflecting more of the sun’s heat than a dark roof. As such, it exceeds the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® requirements. When installed correctly, TPO is also fire-, wind-, impact- and mold-resistant, making it a long-lasting and cost-effective choice for your flat roof.
Standing seam metal roofing
Metal has grown in popularity as a steep-slope option in commercial applications due to its excellent looks and flexible color options. FEMA recommends metal for its fire- and wind-resistant properties and metal also delivers excellent (Class 4) hail resistance and toughness, making it an ideal option in this storm-prone region of the country.
If you have a steep-slope building, asphalt shingles are a cost-effective option. Today’s asphalt shingles are available in products that have been manufactured to withstand high winds and hail, and are even available in ENERGY STAR-approved cool roof colors if you are looking for energy efficiency.
A Commercial Roofing Coating Can Extend the Life of Your Roof
If your flat roof has leaks but is still structurally sound, you may want to consider a commercial roof coating. Warranty Roofing and Construction can evaluate your roof and help you understand the benefits of a roof coating over a roof replacement.
Although commercial roof coatings are often thought of as a solution for a roof that is older and in immediate need of restoration, they are also a great option for a roof of any age or condition. When applied to an existing roof, a coating can greatly extend the life of the roof and provide it with a higher level of energy efficiency.
Types of Roofs Coating
There are many brands and types of roof coatings available on the market today. Many manufacturers are new to the market and produce sub-standard material with little or no track record or longevity. Warranty Roofing and Construction partners with GACO Western (a subsidiary of Firestone Building Products) in order to offer coating products of the highest quality as well as the best warranties available.
GACO silicone products have been installed on more commercial roofs that any other silicone available today and continue to stand the test of time. The Warranty Roofing and Construction team has installed or overseen restoration coating projects totaling over 750,000 square feet, most of which have been performed with the GACO Western product line.
Silicone roof coatings are an excellent option to restore most types of commercial roofs, from flat membranes to steep-slope metal, but not every roof is a good candidate for roof coating. Warranty Roofing & Construction and GACO Western combine to bring the experience necessary to know when a roof restoration coating is the right answer for your project and when a replacement may be your best option.
Don’t trust your roof restoration project to just anyone. Warranty Roofing & Construction and GACO Western are a team with the knowledge and experience you can trust.
We’ve chosen Gaco™ Roof, which is a 100% silicone roof coating. Whether your building is large or small or has a flat or low-slope roof, this is an exceptional option. It goes right on top of the existing roof and is available in many colors, all of which are ENERGY STAR®-compliant. A 50-year limited materials warranty provides you with peace of mind for years to come.
Spray polyurethane foam is commonly referred to as spray foam roofing. It’s eco-friendly and, as its name implies, it is sprayed on the roof in liquid form and dries into a foam approximately one to two inches thick. Not only will spray foam protect your building from water, it is also insulative and can help with heating and cooling costs. When spray foam roofing is combined with a suitable roof coating, manufacturer labor and material warranties of up to 20 years can be obtained. If the new roof system is properly maintained and its coated surface renewed at the end of the warranty period, a spray foam roof systems warranty can be extended again making spray foam roofing an excellent value over time.
No matter which option is best for your roofing system, there will be much less interruption to your staff, customers and day-to-day operations with application of a commercial roof coating than with a roof replacement. Plus, you can add another layer of coating if you find that you need it in the future, further delaying a roof replacement – which typically costs three times what a roof coating costs.
